williamglen.com purchase or gift for any reason, please send it back to us within 90 days of purchase,
following the instructions included with the package for receiving a refund, credit or replacement item.
Or, return the item within 90 of purchase to our store for an exchange or refund. Merchandise that is
not defective and is returned after 30 days of purchase and within the 90 return period will receive
williamglen.com web credit good towards your next online or in-store purchase. Merchandise deemed
to be flawed by a manufacturers defect is warranted by the manufacturer and may be returned for
exchange or refund within the warranty period.
Returns are easy
You can return the merchandise via United Parcel Service or at our William Glen
store in Sacramento for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, just complete the Return
Form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for
return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box
with your merchandise. Be sure to tear off the top portion of the form and keep it for your records.

Then call 800/842-3322 to request a UPS call tag to have the package picked up from wherever is
most convenient for you whether it be at your home or work place.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be
credited to you according to the policy stated above. We will deduct $5.00 from your order refund for
